Aurora Wings Challenge #32 Favorite Color Entry 1
It was hard to pick just one color. Blue stands out as a favorite color because there are so many shades.

Aurora Wings Challenge #31 Black and White with One Other Color
This was a bit of a challenge to just use gray tones and black and white. But I knew I wanted my focus color to be red. The geisha was the perfect image to showcase this technique.

Aurora Wings CAS Card Challenge
I normally do not embellish my cards too much until I saw the elaborate cards made with digital stamps. So I was glad that Aurora Wings was sponsoring a CAS (clean and simple) card challenge that makes use of simple is better approach.

Second Entry Aurora Wings Challenge #27: Say It With Flowers
This is my second entry to Aurora Wings's #27 Challenge. I fell in love with the Miyabi digital stamp at first sight. It is the most beautiful drawing of a geisha. I used Spectrum Noir markers to color it and added sparkle with silver Wink of Stella marker. I decided to make it a simple card to keep the attention to the image. A black mat against an embossed sakura red background makes a bold statement.
Aurora Wings Challenge #27 Say It With Flowers
This is the entry for Challenge #27 Say It With Flowers. I'm loving the center step cards. I learned how to make them watching youtube videos. For this tropical flower themed card, I used Spirit of Hibiscus from Aurora Wings. I supplemented with stamps by Hero Arts. I overlapped an embossed palm tree design in vellum over the picture to add more dimension and interest.
